Finalmente sono riuscito a metterlo su. E' la vera differenza tra prima e seconda edizione. Potete scaricarlo e leggerlo, è in formato XPS (con Windows Vista l'aprite senza tool esterni, per gli altri sistemi operativi trovate un link a fondo pagina per i reader).
